Returns & Exchanges
At Davenly, we strive to provide the highest quality in the products and accessories that we sell. Upon arrival from the vendors and designers we work with, we carefully handle and inspect each item for any defects prior to shipping.
Due to many of the items being handmade from our suppliers, minor cosmetic defects should be expected due to the handling and manufacturing processes, especially among leather goods and soft metals.

All merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the original shipment date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging without any visible signs of wear and tear. For apparel, we will not accept merchandise that is missing tags, worn, altered, or washed.
To initiate a return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number in the subject line. From here, our support team will e-mail you with return instructions. Please note all shipping costs associated with any return will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven days.
If you have been gifted one of our products and would like to obtain a refund, it must be initiated through the original purchaser.
Note that refunds will not include any shipping costs paid on your original order (if applicable).
Exchanges (if applicable):
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. For apparel, we will not accept merchandise that is missing tags, worn, altered, or washed.
